BINGLIN LI, FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Binglin Li was educated as an Engineer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Kent State University. After graduating with his Master's degrees in Pattern Recognition & Intelligence Control and in Computer Science, he worked as a software engineer for AnalytX, Inc. and Arch Insurance Group. Recently he worked as the coordinator for Region 4 Education Service Center. Mr. Li is an enthusiastic value investor and demonstrated keen business and investment abilities. From 2003 to 2015, he successfully managed family accounts and his own money. Following his lifelong passion for investing, in January 2016, Mr. Li founded Linden Rose Investment LLC in order to offer investment advisory services to clients based on his investment philosophy of owning outstanding companies for the long term.

FENG PENG, MANAGING PARTNER

Feng Peng is the co-founder of Linden Rose Investment LLC. He has more than 15 years of experience with researching and analyzing investment opportunities in U.S.-listed Chinese companies and the U.S. public market. Prior to co-founding Linden Rose Investment LLC, Mr. Peng was the Chief Financial Officer of a China-based manufacturing company listed on the Nasdaq exchange. Prior to that, Mr. Peng served as Senior Vice President at MZ Group from 2007 until 2012 where he was responsible for providing consulting services related to the U.S. capital market to Chinese companies. Earlier in his career, he served in various capacities at Thomson Financial and Citigroup. Mr. Peng has also served as an independent director of USANA Health Sciences, Inc., an NYSE listed company, from 2016 to 2021. He received a Master of Science in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2000. He also received a bachelor's degree in Automation Control from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China in 1995.
